What We Do

Our carefully crafted coaching plans start with a deep inquiry into your life. Some paperwork is involved. What are your dreams? What are the creative assets you have at hand? How much is in your 401k? Tell us about that relationship with your dad.
Then, together, we set SMART goals, detailing the actions YOU need to take. We offer the support and enthusiasm that’s probably lacking in your life. We hold you accountable, but not through threats, manipulation or sarcasm. We celebrate your progress, act like a batshit crazy nun in a catholic school when you screw up, unpack your failures for the key lesson, and continuously learn and iterate until you get to where you want to be. Or the retainer runs out.

Our team is about diversity and experience.
